Life Coaching

Health Coaching

My health coaching is tailored specifically to you, your needs, and your goals. We will assess your current wellness and collaborate in finding the right foods, self-care practices, and/ or lifestyle that work best for you. There is no ‘one fits all’ solution, no diet or quick fix that works for everyone, we are all unique and should be treated accordingly.

As a holistic health coach, I truly believe in the mind and body connection, which is why we will be focusing on both, your physical and mental well-being. We will discover and overcome trigger points and limiting beliefs, establish boundaries, and work towards your overall health, for you to live the life you desire.

Health is so much more than just whole foods and exercise, it is all about you healing the relationship with yourself and your body. It is about coming home to yourself and finally freeing yourself from whatever it is that is holding you back from becoming a better and healthier version of yourself.

Parent Coaching

Do you ever feel like time is slipping from your hands and no matter what you do, it feels like it is never enough? The kids do what they want, no-one understands you and quite frankly, everything else is a complete mess as well?

I offer support in all topics surrounding family life. This includes questions and insecurities in regard to the development of children and teenagers, emotional regulation, setting boundaries, as well as structure and routines. Additionally, I help you gain confidence to feel strong as a parent and to find back to yourself.

Teen Counseling

Being young in todays day and age is anything but easy. Within my line of work I come in contact with more and more teenagers, who are asking for support. They tell me about mood swings, fears, anxiety and immense pressure from within and the outside world. Especially school, social media and interpersonal relationships play important roles in their wellbeing. 

As a millennial myself, I come from the first generation that grew up with social media. I am very aware of the downward spiral of sitting in front of a screen for hours at a time and the effects it can have on our mental health. I truly empathize with teenagers as I can put myself in their shoes and communicate with them in their “teen language”. Sometimes, all we need is an ally who supports and understands us without judgment.

As a coach, I am focused on helping teens release some of their stress so they can make room for more joy in their lives. To me, it is about encouraging, supporting, and inspiring kids, so they can grow and learn. There is so much potential in each and every one of us and oftentimes it is all about discovering and fostering exactly that.

In addition to my coaching, I am offering presentations for organizations, schools, universities, parent-teacher conferences, and companies.
